In striving to exceed our customers’ quality requirements, GRFR has developed and implemented a documented quality system complete with Certified Internal Auditors and Quality Assurance Personnel. Designed around and compliant to the ISO 9000 standard, this quality system has earned GRFR a variety of customer certifications, as well as industry recognition.

In April of 2002, GRFR continued to "raise the bar" in the industry by becoming one of the only manufacturers to obtain ISO 9002 Certification as a fabricator and molder of flexible polyurethane foam products. They have since upgraded to the ISO 9001/2000 standard.

To further exemplify GRFR’s commitment to quality, Rick Amann, GRFR’s President, is an active member of the Office Furniture Industry Council’s Supplier Quality Assurance Subcommittee.  Having helped design the OFI 9000 Supplier Quality Standard, Rick put a great deal of emphasis on ensuring that GRFR would be among the first to obtain OFI 9000 Compliance.

GRFR’s commitment to continuous improvement has allowed this quality standard to be as dynamic as the industry to which it applies.
